Yes. We operate from a single remedial item to the full building services package on a new tower. Every enquiry receives the same care, a written scope and a clear fee before any work starts. Small jobs are rarely delayed by paper because we keep the process lean and the records tight at any scale.
We are based in Yau Tong, Hong Kong, and serve sites across the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and nearby districts. Where a project needs specialised plant or statutory coordination, we bring in recognised partners under one contract so you deal with a single responsible team.
After a free scoping conversation we issue either a lump-sum quotation or a rate card, depending on the nature of the work. Inspection and supervision can be quoted per visit, per hour or under a term contract. We publish no hidden charges and confirm any variation in writing before it takes effect.
