What We Deliver

Our engineers combine design intent with on-the-ground hands. Each commission opens with a site walk, a clear scope of works and a method statement, and closes with tests, as-built records and a formal handover. The sections below describe the six service streams we run on towers, malls, institutions and industrial premises.

HVAC System Installation and Balancing

We install, modify and balance air conditioning and ventilation plant so indoor spaces stay within design temperature, humidity and occupancy limits. Our crews set up air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, duct runs and diffusers, then measure airflow and water flow against the performance schedule. Balancing checks every branch and terminal so no zone starves while another overcools. We prepare test and balance reports that give the client a true picture of plant behaviour across partial and full load.

Preventive attention to insulation, condensate drainage and access panels means the system keeps its rated output long after commissioning. We also retrofit energy controls and fresh-air ventilation where codes or occupancy change.

Electrical Services and Distribution

We deliver safe, code-compliant electrical distribution from the incoming supply to the final socket and light point. Our engineers size cables, design switchboards, and route trunking and cable trays with sensible segregation between power, lighting and control circuits. We install LV switchgear, distribution boards, sub-main wiring, emergency lighting and earthing and bonding. Every circuit is insulated-tested, polarity-checked and logged before energisation.

We give particular care to load balancing across phases and to protection coordination so a fault on one circuit never plunges a whole floor into darkness. Comprehensive test certificates and single-line schematics complete each installation.

Plumbing and Drainage Systems

Reliable water supply and drainage are the quiet essentials of any occupied building. We install hot and cold water services, boosted supply zones, ventilated soil and waste stacks, and storm and surface drainage with trapping and access at every change of direction. Piping is pressure-tested and traced for leaks before walls close in. We coordinate closely with structural and architectural trades on sleeve positions and falls.

Where existing stacks corrode or block, we reline, replace or re-route them with minimal disruption to tenants. Water hammer, cross-connection and backflow risks are all reviewed as the design develops.

Fire Services Installation

Life safety works demand precision and no shortcuts. We design, install and commission fire detection, alarm and suppression systems aligned to the current regulation. Our scope covers automatic sprinkler and drencher systems, wet and dry riser mains, hose reels, hydrant points, fire alarm and voice evacuation panels, smoke control, and passive compartment upgrades where services pass through fire barriers.

Each installation is sequence-tested against the approved layout, with detectors, call points and sprinkler heads pressure-verified. We file complete as-fitted drawings and schedules so future duty holders can operate and maintain the system with full confidence, and we stand ready for the statutory inspection submissions that follow handover.

Site Supervision and Inspection

Our supervisors act as the client eyes and hands on site. We attend installation works at the agreed frequencies, witness pressure and continuity tests, check materials against approved samples, and record progress against the programme. We issue clear site notes, photographic records and snag lists so sub-contractors know exactly what remains open. Where a defect is found, we agree a remedy and confirm it before close-out.

Independent inspection is especially valuable at pre-concreting, pre-plaster and final stages. We verify setting-out, concealed services and termination quality so that nothing hidden becomes a problem later. The result is a clean, documented handover with fewer call-backs.

Maintenance and Defect Rectification

Once systems are handed over, ongoing care keeps them reliable and economical. Emergency breakdown response is available for plant failures that threaten comfort, production or safety.

When latent defects surface we diagnose at the root rather than patching the symptom. We then propose a clear remedy with cost and programme, implement it with minimal disruption, and test to prove the fix has held. Our maintenance records double as an audit trail for insurers, regulators and owners.
